OUR PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION PROCESS 

Step 01.

Book a complimentary virtual consultation and we will analyze your space, discuss your desired timeline, and develop your professional organization plan. Virtual organizing is best for DIY friendly clients who want to create their own pace and schedules and/or looking for a more cost friendly approach.

Or 

Schedule your in person consultation where we would complete a full walk through of your space, take photos and measurements and create a professional organization plan, while identifying the best approach and tools to create your cozy space.

Consultation investment is $100

Step 02.

For Virtual Organizing

You will receive a custom design board to assist with communicating the design and links to purchase items. Each session we will be teaching and guiding you to assist in transforming your space from Chaos to calm.

For Onsite Organizing
After you make the initial investment, you will receive links for any products we decide would be necessary prior to beginning. Next steps would be to schedule your sessions as we follow our 4 step approach “COZY” and begin working towards transforming your space!

Step 03.

Transformation graduation! We have crossed the finish line and made your space cozy. Once we graduate you we will ensure your system is personalized to you and your day to day life routines to not only manage and maintain but to also make your highly yearly maintenance organizing session less overwhelming. We will book a potential date on the calendar and help keep you on track with yearly maintenance of your organized spaces! We know life happens and sometimes you may need quarterly or semi annual sessions.

OUR CLEANING SERVICES PROCESS

Step 01.

We evaluate the space by virtual consult or you may text us a video and pictures for reference. Providing us with a visual of the space for cleaning services is important to ensure accurate pricing. Without it, there is a risk of undercharging or overcharging you for the cleaning service. By having a visual, we can give you a more precise quote based on the size and complexity of the job. 

Step 02.

Upon receipt we will provide you a base price and cost of add on services not included. After review we will send you an invoice for the base price and any premature add on services selected.

Step 03.

We arrive to your location on scheduled cleaning date and prior to starting any cleanings we complete a walkthrough of the space. At that time any additional services/charges that would be required are communicated and agreed upon prior to starting and an additional pay link will be sent.

Finally we fully clean the desired areas and add our amazing sparking touches to create a clean cozy space.
